Tom's highly experienced staff provides support during all phases of the client relationship, including underwriting, policy delivery, and ongoing maintenance and support. The team's personalized and thorough approach ensures long-term satisfaction and the delivery of the best solutions for clients.

SALES AND CLIENT SERVICE 

Steve Midgley has 18 years’ industry experience, 14 on staff. He manages the sales and client service areas. Steve works with Tom on strategy and product ideas, provides needs analysis and illustrations, and is instrumental in creating and presenting proposals. In addition, he manages the new policy and policy owner service teams, and works with clients answering technical questions about policies and procedures.

Cindy Harris has 30 years’ industry experience, 1 on staff. She is responsible for the timely advancement of clients’ new policies through the underwriting process. Cindy is our liaison to the insurance company, the client, and other parties involved in the process to put a new policy in place.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

Kim Kent has 30 years’ industry experience, 3 on staff. She manages the marketing and communication areas. She works with Tom to develop and implement marketing strategy and has primary responsibility for managing communication with clients, advisors and the public at large. Kim also manages the marketing team and oversees internal communications practices.

Michelle Burger has 15 years’ industry experience, 12 on staff. She is responsible for efficiently managing Tom’s schedule to maximize opportunities to interact with clients and their advisors. She is also a member of the sales and marketing team, providing operational support in our work with clients, advisors and other agents.
